Service Description

A comically comprehensive childbirth class that gives every couple information on how to work together as a team for their birth. Topics Covered Include: Partner Roles, Working with your provider, how to advocate and make educated birth choices, setting boundaries with family and friends, nutrition and prenatal information to improve health and birth outcomes and birth setting. Amanda has been teaching this class for more than 10 years with RAVE reviews. Frequent breaks are offered, students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks as well as a pillow for comfort.
